(a) An entrance fee of RM100.00 shall be imposed upon any new Boustead Petroleoum Station Operator.
(b) The annual subscription is fixed RM180.00 payable to the Association.
Entrance fee and subscriptions shall be payable in advance when application for membership is submitted.
Members whose subscription is in arrears for a period exceeding three months shall be notified by the Hon. Treasurer in writing and failure on the part of the members concerned to settle their subscription within one month from the date of the notice, the names of such members shall be posted on the Association’s notice board as defaulters and they shall cease to be members.
The committee, however, shall have power to reinstate such members upon payment of all subscriptions or monies due and satisfatory explaination being furnished.
4.1 Membership
Any person, firm or corporation running the Boustead Petroleum Station in the states of Malaysia shall be eligible for membership of the Association. There shall be no classification of membership and all members are same.
However, any person, firm or corporation whom has been a member for not less than five (5) years may continue to be a member even if the member has ceased operating a Boustead Petroleum Petrol Station.
A member may opt to change to life membership upon payment of RM1000.00 or a sum that may be decided by the Committee from time to time.
