Objectives

We welcome all BHP Dealers to registered as member.
We work together and unity is strength.

1. To promote friendship among members and to settle disputes between members with the written consent of such members in a fair and reasonable manner.
2. To promote commercial interest of members.
3. To perform or promote social and charitable works, education and culture.
4. To promote unity and harmony among its members.
5. To foster the dials of true citizenship and service to the Nation.
6. To advise members and to undertake or assist financially or otherwise the institution and prosecution of or defense to litigation in any cases affecting the interest of the members as far as may be legally done.
7. To promote agreement between members with a view to obtain the greatest possible benefit in the business of petroleum or oils.
8. To provide facilities for social intercourse between the members of the Associations.
9. To undertake and execute any trust which may seem to the Association conductive to any of its objects and to collect, receive and hold funds and other property, voluntary contributions, subscriptions, special donations, gifts, and legacies for the carrying out of the objects of the Association or any of them as the donor may direct.
10. To collect and receive entrance fees and subscriptions and contributions of and to borrow or raise money that may be required or the purpose of the Association and to secure the payment of money borrowed on such terms and on such security as may be deemed advisable.
11. To sell, improve, manage, develop, lease, mortgage and dispose of, turn to account or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property of the Association.
12. To invest the moneys of the Association not immediately required for the purpose of the Association in securities or property as may be thought fit.
13. To all such other lawful things as may be deemed incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the above objects.
